I consider this VIP membership*a predatory practice and I want to speak with someone in the organization about refunding my daughter for the ***Months of charges to her account. She currently has a $*** credit and has not once used her credits and did not understand she was being charged. The emails look like ads and you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to read the charge information. She bought merchandise with her brand new debit card during her first year away at school. She doesn’t monitor her bank account and had no idea she was being charged. I saw the January charge and questioned it. Then we did research. I believe she was completely taken advantage of and I would like to speak with someone to get her money refunded and then her account cancelled. My email address is *****@***.com. I would like to speak with someone higher up in the company. Calling customer service was not at all*Helpful. Her account is under *****@***.com.
