I want to know why FTD once a high class reputable online florist has people working the customer service phone who are difficult to communicate with and why am I Gold Member who FTD is trying to add **.** delivery fee onto my orders for which I chose not to place. Something is very wrong with FTD although your website is beautiful but your service is horrible. I need to know why I paid for the Gold Member benefits yet I am not receiving them. Can somebody please tell me for I did call but the man I spoke to whom I could hardly understand kept asking me to place an order by phone. I will not place one order until I know why I am being charged the fees that are suppose to be waived as a Gold Member.*Regards,*Rebecca Hatcher
