On July 31st, my boss made a flight booking for me through your travel services to go to Montreal. The plan was to transit in two European countries (Monrovia - Brussels - Paris and then Montreal). Unfortunately, I lack the necessary European visas for these transits. I can only transit through one European country and then move on to a non-European destination within 24 hours. I kindly request your assistance in rebooking or rerouting my flights as follows: Monrovia - Accra Accra - Paris Paris - Montreal This revised route will allow me to reach Montreal without any visa issues in Europe. I have a reservation at the Barcelo Malaga hotel for this Saturday, 6 August, for 10 days, which I paid for with my Visa card a month ago. I received a confirmation email for this booking. However, when I called the hotel two days ago, they mentioned that the company through which I booked had canceled my reservation. This is incorrect as I have paid and confirmed my stay. The hotel informed me to reach out to Expedia as my booking was made through them. Please assist in resolving this issue and removing the cancellation. I'm having trouble locating my confirmation email for a hotel booking I made a couple of months ago. The hotel has my reservation under my name for the dates 8/30–9/02, but no cost or reference number is provided, only that it's associated with Expedia. I have checked Expedia.com, Hotels.com, and Booking.com, and although I can log into my account on all three sites, I am unable to find my reservation using my email or phone number. The phone number provided, [redacted], requires a confirmation number to speak to a human. I need assistance in retrieving my confirmation number or speaking to a live person without it.

Hello Expedite Service, My name is Muhammad Haroon, and I had a reservation at Hollywood Inn Express South with Itinerary Number [redacted] in LA on 07/30/[redacted] to stay with my family for a night. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to LA on the 30th because another family member got into an accident while we were heading to LA. I contacted the property and Expedite customer service in advance to cancel my reservation for that day and request a refund. The property manager informed me that I can receive a refund if Expedite, as the third party, contacts them to cancel my reservation. However, I received an email stating that I am not eligible for a refund. I am kindly requesting a refund as I informed them ahead of time and we were involved in an accident. On July 27th, my wife and I checked in at One La Paz Hotel in La Paz, Mexico. I had made a reservation earlier that day for six nights. However, upon seeing the small and claustrophobic room and the unsuitable area, we decided to only stay for one night and cancel the remaining days. I immediately initiated a chat with Expedia agent Marian. The agent assured me that they would contact the hotel to cancel the remaining stay. The following morning, I informed the front desk about our decision, and they reassured me the cancellation would be processed. To my dismay, I discovered an $[redacted].32 charge for six nights on my credit card statement. I am willing to pay for one night but not for six nights. My itinerary number is #[redacted][redacted].

I recently made a booking on expedia.com that entitled me to a full refund if canceled within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I encountered several obstacles preventing me from meeting this deadline: 1. I attempted to cancel online via the Manage Booking option 14-16 hours after booking, but experienced a technical error and was provided with a customer care number. 2. When I called the number provided, I was informed that the request couldn't be processed due to a system problem. 3. I reached out to an online chat customer service agent who stated that the airline (Kenya Airways) had control over the ticket and advised me to contact them. 4. The airline confirmed that the ticket could only be canceled through the booking agent, Expedia.com. 5. I contacted Expedia through chat again, and after a prolonged conversation, I was informed that they had forwarded the request to the airline and were awaiting a response within 72 hours. Considering the technical difficulties I faced and the steps I took to cancel the ticket, I request a full refund upon cancellation. Thank you, Sheetal

I had a reservation for July 23 and 24, but received an email stating it was canceled possibly due to the flood at Yellowstone National Park. As a result, I did not travel to Yellowstone or stay in the motel. I was charged for a stay that never occurred and am seeking a refund to my card ending in [redacted]. The reservation was under Jody Novak at Dude and Round Up Motel. Unfortunately, my emails with the confirmation number and cancellation notice were accidentally deleted. If needed, I can provide proof via email. I assume and hope that your insurance can cover such unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, I kindly ask for your understanding and request a full refund for the reservation, or at least for the second night since we canceled within the required time frame for the second night. Today, on August 9, I made a hotel reservation at Dan Carmel in Haifa. I requested a stay from October 9 to October 18, inclusive. However, the reservation is showing check-out on the 18th, which is one day short of the intended dates. I opted to pay $3,[redacted].09 at the hotel and want to ensure the amount has not been charged to my credit card yet. I have attempted to contact Expedia via phone, email, and chat, but have been unsuccessful in reaching them.

I made a booking with Expedia for a 2-day trip to Macchu Pichu with Macchu Pichu Latin America Journeys. I have the travel voucher and booking numbers, but the company hasn't contacted me regarding the hotel pickup in Cuzco. I tried contacting them with no success and even visited their address without finding them. The non-refundable $[redacted] fee concerns me. If I don't hear from them soon, I plan to cancel and find a local tour company before August 16th. Normally, when booking through Viator, companies confirm details well in advance.

We made a reservation at Town House Motel in Winnemucca, NV. I spoke with Amy Baxter at the office as my daughter, who was traveling with us from San Diego, has been called in to work at WSU Pullman. We need to cancel this reservation. Amy assured me that re-booking the room should not be a problem as it was the last one available. Our stay at the hotel was a complete disaster. To sum it up: 1. In Cancun in August, the control panel was broken, forcing my wife to sleep in a hoodie to stay warm due to excessive cold in the room. The maintenance worker had to disconnect the device, leaving us without any AC. 2. The only electrical outlet near the bed was behind the mattress and was blocked off so customers couldn't use it. I had to use a faulty extension cord with cut ground wire and missing prong to reach the bed for my CPAP machine. 3. There was no phone in the room, leading me to hike to the reception area three times to report maintenance issues. 4. The toilet was leaking. 5. The room had a view of mountains of trash and poor maintenance facilities. 6. No food or drink service was available; we had to go next door for meals and refreshments.

During my recent trip to Cuba, I had to cut it short, and I tried to cancel my hotel reservation through Expedia for 08-19-[redacted] in Havana. Unfortunately, being in Cuba limited my access to certain websites, including Expedia. On 08-15-[redacted], I attempted to cancel but couldn't due to the website link not working. Despite efforts by my Airbnb host and emails directly to the Havana hotel, both parties indicated only Expedia could cancel the booking. Now that I am back in the US, I fear losing the money since the free cancellation deadline was 08-16 at 11:59 central time. I attempted to extend my stay at Omni Royal Orleans from August 19-18. After being directed to book through Expedia by the hotel staff, I encountered a problem. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel claimed they had no rooms available once I arrived. The manager suggested canceling, but Expedia indicated the booking was non-refundable. Consequently, I am not at Omni Royal Orleans as planned but charged for it. Kindly reimburse the $[redacted].96 cost for my room at Omni Royal Orleans Hotel under itinerary [redacted][redacted]. I am currently at the Westin on Canal in room [redacted] on August 19. Feel free to verify this information. Thank you for addressing this issue. Refund Inquiry I am Patrick W. and I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].05 from Expedia for a car rental that was never fulfilled by Sixt, a car rental agency at Atlanta International Airport. On April 2, [redacted], I reserved a car through Expedia for a pickup at Sixt's location in the Delta terminal at 5 PM. However, upon reaching Sixt, I was informed that no vehicles were available on that day or the following days due to unforeseen circumstances like spring break and flight cancellations. Despite the lack of service provided by Sixt, I was denied a refund when I requested it. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve this matter, I involved my bank, USAA Federal Savings Bank, to investigate. Expedia informed USAA that no refund was possible due to a supposed special deal, which I was not aware of or offered. I have not benefited from any package deal or special offer. Since no service was rendered by Sixt and no vehicle was provided, I believe I am entitled to a refund. I urge Expedia and Sixt to acknowledge their failure to fulfill the contract and provide the refund promptly.

Hello, I am Daniel Cretu. I noticed a charge of $[redacted].89 on my credit card for a stay at the Best Western Vista Manor in Fort Bragg from July 7th to 8th. The transaction took place on July 8th and posted on July 11th. However, I did not stay at the hotel nor did I make reservations for these dates. When I contacted the hotel for a receipt, I was informed that I booked through Expedia. The hotel suggested contacting Expedia and provided a transaction number: [redacted]. Typically, I opt for reservations with free cancellation, in which case Expedia would have sent me a confirmation email that I save in a designated folder. I made a reservation at Wingate by Wyndham - Round Rock, located at [redacted] North IH 35 North, Round Rock, Texas [redacted]. However, when trying to locate the hotel on the night of last Thursday (8/18/[redacted]) at around 11pm using Google Maps for navigation, I discovered that the address was incorrect. Unable to reach the hotel by phone at that time, I opted to stay at a nearby hotel instead. The following day, I noticed the hotel had charged me $[redacted].51 despite not staying there. I am solely requesting a full refund due to not staying at the hotel, as the incorrect address created this inconvenience. Two different maps, Google Maps (incorrect) and Apple Maps (correct), revealed the disparity. I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter.
