I book a trip on ******* * ************** I noticed yesterday that the return flight was not non stop so I got online and used the virtual agent? (I think) to change my return flight. *It looks like it just canceled my *st flight (Dallas to CLE leaving at *:**pm)and left the one I wanted to change, my return flight Spirit NK**** leaving at *:** pm. Then it finally said it could not understand what I wanted and couldn't help me any longer.*As you prob guessed I am not a frequent flyer and I'm ** so please bear with me.*I just want to know how to fix this.
