I recently made a flight reservation through your site. Subsequently, I received an email advertising specials at the Fontainbleau, which happens to be my destination. I am intrigued by the offer. When booking through your platform, is there a way for me to specify my preferred hotel building? Traveling with my elderly mother makes it vital for us to make necessary arrangements. Our intended stay at the Fontainbleau is from February 13 to February 23. The total cost for a basic Deluxe Bayview room with 2 Queen Beds, excluding a balcony, amounts to $3,[redacted].04.

On November 11, [redacted], I booked a flight through Expedia for a LATAM flight from Calama to Santiago de Chile on November 12. Unfortunately, my booking was not confirmed at check-in, leading me to pay for the flight in cash at the airport. Later, I noticed that the amount was also debited from my bank account, resulting in a double payment of USD [redacted].40 for two passengers, O.B. and M.A.A. We reserved a 7-day deluxe room in Boracay, but the hotel is undergoing renovations from 08:00-17:00. There are constant banging noises from hammers on the roof and walls, and workers are walking around outside our "beach view" room. The ongoing painting prevents us from opening the curtains. The hotel owner seems to be hiding from us, with conflicting information given by the staff about her whereabouts until we found her in hiding. Due to the dust, we cannot use our balcony, have trouble sleeping, and are unable to enjoy the outside areas due to debris and workers. We would like a refund for the remaining days to book another place, as we are dissatisfied with our experience at this hotel.

During our honeymoon trip to Rome that we booked through your company, my wife and I encountered a reservation issue. Initially, her last name was incorrect, but it was promptly corrected by a United ticket agent at the airport without any problems. After a delightful stay in Rome, we arrived at the airport for our return flight only to discover that our names were not on the flight and we had no boarding passes. This left us stranded in a foreign country with limited options for flights back home. After much stress and a significant financial setback, we had to buy last-minute tickets from Rome to London, then from London to Orlando and drive to Savannah to get home. This unexpected ordeal cost us over $5,[redacted] and greatly impacted our honeymoon experience. We are seeking assistance from Expedia to address this situation and seek compensation for the losses we incurred or else consider legal action to recover our expenses.

I am looking to cancel my reservation at the Magrove Hotel in Ras Alkaima (Reservation number: [redacted]). I have been unable to do so through the website (hotels.com) as I have not received any link to modify or view the reservation. I have only received messages from the hotel directly. Unfortunately, I cannot make any modifications as I made the reservation as a guest. The hotel staff confirmed the reservation but were unable to cancel it. I have also tried registering on their app but could not find any options to modify the reservation since I booked it as a guest. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in canceling this reservation.

Yesterday, I called to correct an error in the name listing for my trip. I am Janis Weldon Knight, the primary traveler, and Joyce Weldon Taylor should be added as the second traveler. Additionally, there are errors in my contact information on the itinerary; my correct address is [redacted] N. I recently made a booking via Trivago and was redirected to Expedia. Despite the initial price being $[redacted].17, I was later charged $[redacted].41 along with a $7.51 conversion fee. This experience was quite upsetting as I have only used Wotif in the past without encountering such issues. I find this misleading and unacceptable. I am requesting a refund for this discrepancy.

I reserved a room at the Regency Inn in Moreno Valley, California for the night of 12/18/19. I am extremely disappointed by your recommendation of this establishment. The actual room is nothing like advertised. It is run-down, outdated, and situated in a less-than-desirable area. The noise level was unbearable, leaving me sleepless throughout the night. The breakfast offerings were subpar, with prepackaged pastries and overly ripe bananas. The managers struggled with English and were impolite. Additionally, the final price exceeded the initial quote. I have decided not to utilize your services anymore.

Itinerary # [redacted][redacted]: My Alaska Air flight #[redacted] was canceled due to a mechanical problem. I waited 4 hours in the airport to board the flight. I ended up spending over $50 on ride shares to and from LAX airport. After nearly 40 minutes on the phone with Expedia, I couldn't get a clear answer on canceling my hotel reservation. The flight cancellation caused a chain reaction leading to the need to cancel the hotel booking as well. I'm exhausted from dealing with this issue; please cancel everything. I attempted to book a bundle deal. The first attempt resulted in a card denial, and the second time, using a different card, I received the same message. Upon checking my accounts, both cards were charged for lodging by Expedia and airfare by Canada Air. I did not receive a confirmation either time. Currently, Expedia has refunded the lodging charges, but the airline portion has not been refunded. When I contacted customer service, the representative repeatedly advised me to rebook everything, which I am reluctant to do until I receive my refund. How can I obtain my refund so I can proceed to book directly through the respective sites? This situation is incredibly frustrating.

I made a booking for two tickets with the reference numbers [redacted] [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] in premium economy, with the first segment in economy and the second in premium. When I changed the dates, the system only showed me the economy option without clearly stating it was in economy, so I proceeded with the change. Afterward, I realized I had been moved to economy instead of premium economy, despite paying for the premium seats and the $50 per person change fee. I kindly request that my flights be corrected to premium economy without any additional charges. I spent hours on the phone yesterday with a supervisor who was unable to assist me in resolving this issue. This level of service is not acceptable.

The site initially provided an address in Thessaloniki, but after receiving the confirmation, it showed the address was on the island of Crete. I used an agent to book a trip to Occidental X Caret from February 21 to March 1. The agent received two confirmations: February 25 to February 28 and February 28 to March 1. An amount of $[redacted].90 was charged. I've been struggling to resolve this for weeks, but no one has been able to help. I am unable to cancel and get my original dates of February 21 to March 1 with flights and insurance for $[redacted].88. I am looking for assistance with this issue. The agent who made the reservation online is Marleen Parenteau. The confirmation was cut off during a call, and I received emails for February 25 to 28 and February 28 to March 1.
