You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Itinnerary * *************:*Hello,*I am writing to you about the caneallation of a hotel stay at the Lakeview Inn in Naples, Maine, u.s..*Mistakenly I made a booking there for October **th, meant was October **th. At arrival there on the **th the mistake was noticed and we had no room to stay since the place was fully booked. The owner could refer me and my family to another place where we ended up staying. *Since I dont have a mobile internet plan on my phone for this travel I was only able to do the cancellation online in the evening of the same day when we had wifi at the new place. *Thats when I noticed a ***% cancellation fee, which expedia suggested due to the Lakeview Inn cancellation policy. When we talked to the owner of the Lakeview Inn he said that the cancel is not a problem for him and we have to sort this out with expedia. So thats what I am trying to do hereby and ask to get the false payment back. In fact the booking was only made for a couple of hours since it was made in the morning of october **th. It was not a special deal which might be non refundable and there is a long enough notice of * weeks so the room could easyly be rebooked.
