In August, I tried to book a motel for the night of the 24th. I inquired about the C Punch Inn, but was told it was full, even though it wasn't. I asked if a specific motel was located across the road from the C Punch, as I had stayed there before. The person confirmed it was, but upon arrival in Lovelock after 9 hours of driving, I couldn't find the Lovelock Inn. When I eventually located it, I was disappointed - the room was rundown with broken locks, a large stain on the floor, and dirty drapes. I returned to the office, expressed my dissatisfaction, and asked for a refund on my credit card, which was denied. I then drove another [redacted] miles to the west side of Reno. Being 74 years old, I didn't appreciate the misinformation, and I was charged $88.48 on my credit card, which I would like refunded.

My recent travel from Stuttgart to Taipei via Frankfurt and Shanghai on September 4th encountered complications due to a delay in Frankfurt. This unfortunate delay caused me to miss my connecting flight to Taipei in Shanghai and compelled me to purchase a new ticket for [redacted] CNY. The duration of the layover in Shanghai was only 2 hours and 10 minutes, which falls short of the expected 2 hours and 30 minutes. I respectfully request a refund for the additional flight cost incurred. I am prepared to provide documentation of the supplementary journey taken. Additionally, since the Shanghai-Taipei flight was not intended, I am concerned about potential complications due to cross-ticketing regulations that may affect my return flight on January 14, [redacted]. I made a reservation at the Lens Louvre today around 3 pm. I arrived at 3:40 and realized they didn't have a front desk. After speaking with a tenant upon knocking on the door, I was told I needed a code from the owner. Despite attempts to reach the owner unsuccessfully, the business owners helped search for the number. By 4:15, with no luck in reaching anyone, I had to leave to find another place to stay for the night. Upon arriving at my new destination, I found a note from the hotel sent at 4:14. I replied requesting to cancel, but they refused. Although I arrived promptly at 4, they delayed in assisting me. I am now requesting a refund for the reservation. Thank you. I made a motel reservation through Expedia for a room at Motel 8 in Rock Springs, WY on 7/1/19 after a long day of travel. Despite having a confirmation, when I arrived at the motel, there was no reservation under my name. Exhausted after a delayed flight and a long day, I had to pay for a room myself as no reservation was found. To my surprise, I was charged by both Expedia and Motel 8 for the same room. I need assistance with unauthorized charges on my credit card related to a round trip flight booking from Boston to Florida. My reservation includes flights with both Spirit and Delta airlines. Despite promises from supervisor Jeffrey to correct the charges, I am still seeing discrepancies on my billing statement. Itinerary Number: [redacted][redacted] Hello, I stayed only one night instead of the reserved two nights at the hotel. I am requesting a refund for the first night. I wanted to bring to your attention that upon calling the hotel to inform them of my arrival, I was informed that my room had been mistakenly given away without any notification from them. They disclosed that my room wouldn't be available until late afternoon on the second day of my booking. The hotel explained that one of their staff members had allocated the room I reserved to another guest who stayed there on Friday. Fortunately, I only needed the room from Saturday onwards; otherwise, I would not have had the room I paid for even if I arrived on Friday. Subject: Disappointing Experience at Best Western Airport Inn & Suites I recently stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn & Suites in Orlando from September 2nd to 4th (Itinerary #[redacted][redacted], Confirmation #[redacted]) due to evacuating the coast. Upon arrival, I noticed a strong mildew and urine odor in my room ([redacted]) and encountered cleanliness issues such as a damp, dirty rug and mildew in the corners. Despite trying to address the problems with hotel staff, miscommunication and unhelpful responses persisted, especially regarding the booking made through Expedia. The hotel and Expedia's inability to cancel or provide proper service was frustrating, especially considering the room conditions that posed a health risk, particularly for someone like me with a weakened immune system due to RA. Paying $[redacted]+ per night for such an unacceptable experience disappointed me. My husband needs to make changes to his car and flight reservations urgently due to a medical emergency. I need assistance in rebooking him on the 8:37 PM flight from Salt Lake City to Portland, Oregon tonight and also arranging an early drop-off for the prepaid rental car. I wanted to share the excellent customer service I received from Jay at Expedia on Monday, September 16th. I had to cancel a 3-day reservation at the Dreammore Resort starting on the 17th due to family emergencies. Jay listened carefully as I explained the health issue affecting one of our group members and my desire to be present for my grandson's birth. He went above and beyond to assist me, even checking if a refund was possible. After a brief hold, he confirmed we would get our money back. I am grateful for Jay's empathy and quick resolution of our situation. Kudos to Expedia for having such understanding staff like Jay. I look forward to rebooking with Expedia in the future and will specifically request Jay’s assistance. Thank you once again for the exceptional customer service!

Regarding Itinerary #[redacted][redacted] for Roger H. Morris, I would like to share my recent travel experience from Tucson to Vancouver. Unfortunately, the journey did not go as planned. We encountered several delays which caused us to spend an extra day in San Francisco due to a missed connection. During the unexpected overnight stay, my partner sustained an injury while on the shuttle provided by United Airlines. Regrettably, there was no first aid kit available. Upon arrival at the hotel, we had to seek medical attention at a local hospital for a leg laceration. Additionally, we encountered one flight cancellation and three delays, which resulted in inconsistencies with the expected first-class accommodations we paid for through Expedia.

I am feeling very embarrassed to admit that I accidentally booked two holidays in Melbourne. I was looking into reservations at Expedia Punthill Knox and provided my credit card information without realizing the transaction had been completed. I ended up booking at Punthill Burwood through another provider for the same nights starting on Friday, 20th Sept. The mistake only came to light when Punthill Knox contacted me last night, by which time I was already at Punthill Burwood. The individual from Punthill Knox suggested I reach out to Expedia to request a refund of the payment made to them. I am sorry for this oversight and would like to know how to fix this issue. I made a reservation through priceline for a single night in a double bed room at Days Inn by Wyndham Lawton. Unfortunately, the only available room was upstairs, which was a problem as my disabled mother cannot easily climb stairs due to her heart condition. Despite attempting to climb the stairs, she was unable to reach the room due to shortness of breath. I contacted the front desk, who mentioned they would refund me, but I need to get JTB's approval. Reference No [redacted][redacted]. I booked a room at the Alexander Hotel in Eastbourne based on the pictures online. Unfortunately, the hotel looked nothing like the images due to ongoing renovations. The state of the rooms and facilities was disappointing, with dirty and unkempt toilets. Despite my limited mobility at 78 years old, I had to search for an alternative hotel upon arrival as it was not possible to stay there. After much effort, I managed to find another accommodation. The condition of the Alexander Hotel was unacceptable and should not be advertised online. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this situation.

I have already filed a complaint, but I have yet to receive a response. I want to address the issue with the reservation made on 4/9/19 under number [redacted]. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we found the entrance closed with no one available to assist us. We couldn't locate a contact number and no one from the hotel reached out to inquire about our arrival status. Consequently, we had to seek alternative accommodation, resulting in a significant loss of time. As we were unable to stay due to these circumstances, we are requesting a refund for the charges made to my card. I would appreciate it if you could contact the hotel on my behalf. I am also curious about the typical response time to emails and when I can expect to receive my refund. Otherwise, I will have to share my experience with others regarding this unreliable hotel. I'm confused by the booking situation at Hideaway Resort & Spa Vuda. Initially, I made a phone reservation directly with the resort, paying for one night plus 3% taxes. They informed me that the remaining balance could be settled upon arrival at the reception. I inquired about the amount in Australian dollars, which they quoted as $[redacted], to be converted to Fijian currency for payment. Upon arriving at the resort, they claimed there was no record of my phone reservation and mentioned only an Expedia booking that requires payment of $[redacted].75 Fijian dollars. This came as a surprise as my Expedia booking was solely for flights. Now, I am receiving texts from Expedia regarding both my flights and accommodation, which is causing further confusion. I contacted you yesterday, September 26th, about my itinerary number [redacted][redacted]. I received an email forwarded from the Imperial Hotel in Blackpool saying they expected to see me on September 29th. I actually booked for Saturday, September 28th, to Sunday, September 29th. I have not received any emails from you about a date change, but the payment was processed promptly. I reached out to you yesterday, and the lady attempted to contact the hotel's reservation team without success. She mentioned that you would try to change the date this morning, September 29th. If this was not possible, a full refund would be issued. I am waiting for your call or email to confirm the resolution. I will also keep trying to reach you by phone.

I recently came back from a trip to White Plains, New York. Unfortunately, we missed our initial flight due to delays with U.S. Customs, resulting in us having to take a later flight and being charged an additional $[redacted].
