Expedia put Bed and Breakfast.com under the Expedia family in June of ****. I have a gift certificate for $*** dollars from ** friends from my retirement that I would like to use. At the time I was told it would never expire. I would like a refund since it is not being honored in many establishments I would like to use. Bed and Breakfast.com does not have a phone *, No chat option and no customer e mail. I have contacted Expedia * times and have been given the run around on how to resolve this issue. I just want a person to tell me the steps needed. I put in a request for refund and was given a case* from Bed and Breakfast .com. Howeve, I have since read many reviews on this company, not many favorable. The gist of it is ...... no contact and weeks go by. Expedia says in the Integration of June **** that took place that there would be **** customer support and it would be a smooth transition. Representatives from your company do not seem to know how to direct my call. Brenda from Market Management sent me to Expedia Customer Care. The worse was when I was given a number *-***-***-**** by Allen at Customer Care and he assured me I would be speaking to a person.... instead I had to listen to ** advertisements for various products and then at the end of that was given another number which when dialed it was for more products!!!! That made me mad. I then got Sergio in Customer Care, he had me on hold for over ** minutes. I think he just wanted to get rid of me. So to say I am frustrated at this time is an understatement. If you took this company under your family then you should be able to offer some type of help.
