Report this Beach Resort Hotel a scam ... Good day!**Me and my * other friends checked-in at Aizawa Beach Resort, San Francisco Santiago, Camotes Island Cebu last May ** and checked out May **. It was booked under my companion Leonora Pacobo credit card. We booked * family rooms at P*,***.** each (total paid amount is P*,***.**) **Itinerary ************** travel confirmation booking last April **, **** at *:**pm.**We were so upset and disgusted on the following basic amenities as expected of a resort like Aizawa. I didn't expect that a travel site like Expedia still include this worst resort in your listing. Here are the issues that we considered the worst nightmare we had during our stay in this beach resort. ***. No genset is working and available during power interruptions (that happened several times during the night of May **). They kept on fooling us that they are waiting for their technician to operate the generator (but didn't show up at all), and eventually got feedback from the front desk personnel that they have no sucket to be attached to the main power of the generator)**. No water during power interruptions* brownouts. It happened that my companion is bathing and eventually water supply was cutted-off, same with me while I was brushing my teeth, and water supply also was cutted-off.**. No cable connections in all of the rooms. I requested for a remote control for the TV and they provided me one. The housekeeping personnel as if trying to connect the cable, and eventually found out that no cable is available. So, whats the use of the remote control that i borrowed, where there is no cable connection at all.**. No internet connection - they said that they have internet but the connection is too slow. Eventually found out that they have no internet modem in the vicinity and NO internet connection at all.**They are fooling us all and made a lot of alibis. All lies and made us so upset and disgusted.**Moreover, we made a a booking of * family rooms, but we only avail of * family room (Gabriel) & * deluxe room (Marisingh), without a refund.* *I will make a formal complaint to the DTI of Cebu regarding this matter.**Please check on this issues, because we paid P*,***.** (for * family rooms) and didn't get the basic amenities as expect, thru your company (Expedia).**I saw a lot of the guests (foreigners & locals) were upset but couldn't do anything but to sigh.**How come that your company Expedia allow an affiliation and accreditation with Aizawa Beach resort, where they only robbed us with the hotel charges without any basic amenities as a beach resort should have.**I need your cooperation & blocked this hotel for some reasons & issues as stated above. I'm sure, that they are only fooling people.**Please get back to me on this matter. I appreciate your cooperation and utmost attention.**A. Marquez

we need a refund and for your company Expedia to call their attention on this matter. The beach resort affiliation and accreditation with Expedia should be blocked. They charged so much. I will never book with Expedia, if this issue is not being resolved. We felt being robbed with our rights on this matter.
