Although we are regular Expedia customers, this was our first time booking a cruise. Our cruise was with Costa Deliziosa from Dec. **, ****-Jan. *, ****, cabin number ****.*We settled what I expected to be our final bill. We had expected that our package included a prepayment of tips, however we were charged for that and told we would have to produce a contract from Expedia before these charges could be withdrawn. Since we did not have written confirmation, we accepted the extra charges.* Upon arrival home, my son's credit card was charged with additional amounts from Costa which were simply described as "other" and included the dates that we were on the boat. There should have been an explanation and they should have been included on the final bill. We simply did not buy any additional services or goods while on the cruise. Following are the dates and charges we were billed for after disembarkation:*Dec. ** $***.***Dec. ** $***.***Jan. * $**.***Jan. * $***.***Jan. * $**.***These are significant amounts and we need to be refunded.*I had written to *****@***.com and *****@***.com to no avail. I did not even receive a reply. I then wrote to ethicspoint.com who referred me back to costa.*There is no Costa number to call for Canadian residents. Please look into this matter.
