I mistakenly entered the wrong last name on my flight reservation. My ticket number is #[redacted][redacted]. The correct name on my passport is Mommary Oum, not Mommary Yoib. I am scheduled to depart from Phnom Penh to Singapore at 9:35am on 9 Jan [redacted]. However, I have now booked another flight with the correct name and would like to cancel this reservation. I attempted to contact customer support but could not get through, and the booking website has a technical issue preventing me from canceling online.

I am attempting to make a reservation from Cleveland Hopkins Airport to South Florida International between March 28th and April 1st. My booking includes two adults for a round trip, one 5-year-old child, and a baby. However, during the online booking process, the system is indicating that the reservation is for four adults. My name is Jodene D., and you can reach me at [redacted]. I prefer non-stop flights from Cleveland to RSW, departing at 2:39 p.m. and arriving at 5:25 p.m. I would also like the return flight on April 1st, departing at 7:58 p.m. and arriving at 10:41 p.m., both flights with Spirit Airlines.

I have a concerning issue with Expedia regarding Itinerary # [redacted][redacted]. After making multiple calls, including speaking with supervisors, there is a discrepancy between the flight details provided by Expedia and LATAM. The departure date from Quito to Ottawa is conflicting between Feb 16 and Feb 17. As Expedia is our booking agent, I expect them to ensure the accuracy of our itinerary. As we have limited cell service during our trip, resolving this matter has been quite inconvenient. Please verify our flight for Feb 16, and we will also address the refund issue for our canceled flight back to Quito upon our return to Ottawa.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of updated information on your application that resulted in significant financial and professional setbacks for me. I booked a flight from Paris to Milan scheduled for February 11th at 6:40 pm. Upon arriving at the airport yesterday, I discovered that my flight had been rescheduled to 6:45 am on the same day. Unfortunately, I missed the flight due to this unnotified change. Despite my efforts to address the issue, I did not receive a refund from Vueling Airlines. I was compelled to make alternative arrangements, incurring additional expenses for a new flight, an extra hotel night, transportation costs, and missing a crucial meeting in Milan. This situation has caused me substantial financial strain and distress. I urge you to rectify this error promptly and provide a refund for the expenses incurred due to this oversight. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Mary Lynn Al Haddad

Regarding reference # [redacted]4... A few days ago, I contacted Expedia requesting a refund for a ticket from Luang Prabang to Hanoi due to a name change issue. Despite speaking with Expedia representatives Neil and Ian about my situation, I did not receive a confirmation that the name change request was processed. Ian mentioned that I would hear back in a couple of days regarding the refund. The representative assured me that a note was added to my file to address the name change, but I regret not confirming before my departure. I later had to purchase a new ticket at the airport for $[redacted] USD. The ticket agent couldn't provide a receipt but mentioned adding a note about the new purchase. I am now seeking a refund for the unused ticket and appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter. Thank you, Sue S.

In October, I booked a cruise with a down payment but the final payment didn't process, resulting in the cancellation of my reservation. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a notification about the cancellation and only realized it when I was about to book flights and excursions. This cruise is a significant family event for us, celebrating milestones, and it was disheartening to discover it had been canceled without notice. After contacting MSC directly to rebook, I encountered issues getting a refund for the initial down payment and lost out on the perks I originally had. Despite reaching out to MSC and Expedia for assistance regarding refunds and excursions, I was met with difficulty as the booking number didn't align with either vendor. This has been frustrating, causing me to lose not just the perks but also the down payment. I am seeking guidance from someone who can navigate this situation effectively and restore my booking. Thank you.

I made a cruise booking in October with a deposit, but the final payment didn't go through, causing the reservation to be canceled without notification. I only realized this when trying to book flights and excursions for our family cruise. After contacting MSC to re-book, I wasn't refunded the initial deposit or given the perks from the original reservation. Both MSC and Expedia claimed it wasn't their responsibility as the booking number wasn't linked to them. I felt frustrated by the lack of assistance and the loss of perks and money. I am seeking someone who can help me resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I experienced a 5-hour flight delay from Hamilton, Ontario, due to snowy weather and unsafe runway conditions. As a result, I missed picking up my rental car booked through Expedia with itinerary number [redacted][redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact Expedia to change the car pick-up time, I faced challenges reaching customer service. One representative I spoke with was unable to resolve the issue, and subsequent attempts to cancel the booking online were unsuccessful. Upon contacting Fox Rent a Car, where the reservation was made, I was informed that my booking had expired, so I was unable to obtain the car, and my credit card would not be charged. I want to ensure that Expedia does not charge my card for a service I did not receive, given the circumstances. I appreciate booking with Expedia, and while today's customer service experience may have been impacted by the weather-related delay, I hope for a prompt response to address this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, L.

I traveled from NC to California and arrived at LAX, where I had a shared shuttle van booked to take me to Ontario airport for $72.95. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was banned from picking up travelers at LAX, causing a delay. My credit card company advised me to contact you for a refund before pursuing other options. My name is Susan K. We also had a room booked at Circus Circus Casino in Las Vegas, which we canceled due to flight issues. They mentioned contacting you regarding a $55 charge on my husband Jerry E.'s credit card. We appreciate your assistance in processing refunds for both situations promptly. Thank you.

I need to modify my return tickets by one day. Initially quoted $[redacted] by the first agent, my payment could not be processed. After calling back, the second agent quoted $[redacted], which was successfully processed but then disconnected. Later informed the $[redacted] was refunded, the new cost was $[redacted]. I agreed but payment did not go through. After speaking to a supervisor, the price increased to $[redacted]. I explained I only had $[redacted]. The supervisor agreed but needed further authorization. Currently, waiting for a callback to proceed with the transaction. Still unresolved after over 4 hours. - Angela P.

A charge of £[redacted].95 was withdrawn from my bank account on 11/02/[redacted]. The same amount (£[redacted].95) was initially refunded but was deducted again on the same day by Expedia. I previously booked a room at Liaison Capitol Hill Hotel Washington DC through Expedia on 09/02/[redacted], which I promptly canceled. The Itinerary Number for this transaction is: [redacted][redacted]. I received a confirmation email for the cancellation. On the morning of 11/02/[redacted], the money was refunded to my account in relation to the booking cancellation. However, later on the same day, Expedia debited the funds again from my bank account. I kindly request that the money is promptly refunded back to my account. Thank you.

I want to share my recent experience staying at the Days Inn in Killeen, Texas on Saturday, February 16, [redacted], around 7:15 pm. The desk clerk, Rose, was the staff member who assisted me. Upon entering my room, #[redacted], I was disappointed to find it in an unacceptable condition. There were remnants of a marijuana leaf on the nightstand and a dirty ring around the bathtub from previous use. These issues were unexpected as I have had positive experiences at Days Inn before. Despite attempting to contact Expedia for assistance, I was unable to reach anyone. I decided to check out at around 7:40 pm. Rose kindly informed me that I would not be charged for my second and third days or for any incidental charges. However, she mentioned she couldn't process a refund for the current day. Since I left the hotel promptly, I would appreciate a refund for any charges incurred. Thank you.

I stayed at Hotel de Paris in Sousse Medina for 2 nights from the 1st to the 3rd in a room with a double bed and a shared bathroom. My travel agent arranged the booking. On the 3rd to the 5th, I paid cash to the Manager for using the room as a base during day trips. From the 5th to the 8th, due to a flat battery and poor internet, I paid online through Expedia. The staff seemed surprised to know my name, Susan Joslin, and were confused about my intentions. I left my bags in the room while stranded overnight at a taxi stop. Despite attempts by both me and my fiancé to communicate and resolve payment issues for the extra nights, there was a misunderstanding. I tried to clarify and settle the outstanding balance for the original room while expecting a refund for the second room booked online. Unfortunately, I encountered various crises, including losing my phone and backpack before catching an airport shuttle on the 8th.

I am dissatisfied with the choice of THE ROYAL OLYMPIC in Athens, Greece. I spent hours on the phone only to be promised a credit of one hundred and seventy five pounds for my next holiday booking with EXPEDIA, but I have not received the email with the credit as promised by AZUR from customer service. AZUR advised me to write a formal complaint letter upon my return home, which is not satisfactory. I am currently in Athens and looking to stay at the DIVINIKA PALACE or any DIVINE CARAVELA HOTEL, or THE HILTON in Athens as a five-star accommodation. Can you arrange a room booking for me to stay there from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday this week as compensation? My money was stolen in Athens, forcing me to sleep on the street, which is unsafe. Additionally, my travel insurance company has been unhelpful in providing me with hotel accommodation or an early flight back home.

My youngest brother passed away suddenly on February 17th, and I needed to travel from Kentucky to Iowa. I made a reservation for one night at The Hampton Inn in Urbana, Illinois through Expedia, using a combination of points and my credit card. When I arrived at the hotel with my daughter after a long drive in heavy rain, the hotel had no record of my reservation. Despite showing them the confirmation on my phone, there was confusion and a long wait as Expedia and the hotel tried to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was checked into a room after an hour of frustration and tears. Expedia only thanked me without acknowledging the inconvenience. This experience has made me question using Expedia for my upcoming travels; I value loyalty and trust in a company. I expect more than just a thank you for the inconvenience caused.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my travel itinerary # [redacted][redacted]. I need to adjust my pre-paid car rental reservation due to a flight cancellation that prevents me from reaching Christchurch on the planned date. Despite multiple calls to Expedia and the car rental company, I have not received proper support. The customer service representatives have been unhelpful and unwilling to assist me in this situation. It has been frustrating dealing with the lack of communication and cooperation. I am now facing a significant financial loss due to the cancellation charges imposed on me. I urge for a prompt resolution to this matter, including a full refund for the car rental charges and appropriate action taken against the employees involved. I have all the necessary documentation to support my case and would be willing to provide any additional information required. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to a swift response. Sincerely, Ruby (H.J.)

During our trip to Ireland from December 29th to January 8th, we had a car rental reservation through Expedia with Hertz including a $[redacted] collision protection fee. Unfortunately, at the Hertz counter in Dublin on December 29th, the agreed-upon rental price and collision protection fee were not honored. Despite my frustration, I ended up accepting the offer due to time constraints. I then booked a car through Europcar, but could only pick it up on December 31st. Consequently, paying Hertz for two days cost me a total of $[redacted], which included the collision protection fee I initially paid. This resulted in me overpaying $89.36 more per day than the original quote (reference itinerary #[redacted][redacted]). While I acknowledge Expedia may not be able to control Hertz's charges in Dublin, I am requesting a refund of the original $[redacted] collision protection fee as I had to pay Hertz directly for the two days I used their car.

I was informed by Expedia that the hotel I needed to book for my boss in Gainesville, Florida, had a strict policy against check-ins after midnight. The agent assured me they had verified this directly with the hotel. Consequently, we rescheduled my boss's flight, incurring an extra cost of $[redacted], in order for him to arrive earlier. However, upon contacting the hotel, we discovered that no such policy exists. I strongly urge Expedia to refund the cost of the hotel stay due to this misinformation. The itinerary number is [redacted][redacted] for Timothy G., staying one night on Feb. 20, total amount $[redacted].27, at Hotel Indigo Gainesville-Celebration Pointe, [redacted] SW 30th Lane, Gainesville, FL [redacted]. It's frustrating to waste money unnecessarily. Providing accurate information is crucial, and I believe a refund is warranted to resolve this issue.

Hello, I have tickets for N. J. and I. R. for a round trip from Amsterdam (AMS) to Tel Aviv (TLV) with Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa. The itinerary number is [redacted][redacted], booked through Expedia.com with ID QPA4BQ. Additionally, I have a hotel reservation at 17 King George St., Jerusalem, [redacted], Israel. I planned this trip to celebrate Easter in Jerusalem, but I would like to change the dates to coincide with the Orthodox Christian date of April 28 instead of the Catholic calendar's Easter Sunday. Can you please advise if it's possible to change the flight dates to April 15 - April 29 without incurring extra charges? If there are additional fees, how much would they be? I also need to know if I can adjust the hotel reservation dates accordingly. Thank you. Best regards, N. J.

When I booked my vacation, the initial receipt showed a total of $[redacted].20 less than what was actually charged to my account. After contacting customer service and discussing the issue, the amount in my account was adjusted to $[redacted].31, matching the charge on my credit card. However, the discrepancy is still present from the original receipt of $[redacted].11. It seems that there may have been discounts for the hotel and car rental that were not applied correctly. I requested to speak with a supervisor but got disconnected while being transferred.
