Aside from we were not told about the construction on their hotel, the general manager never bothered to call me back which I think is very unprofessional. That evening we checked out, after going out with my friends, we couldn’t open our door because someone (who has a key to our room, I believed who works there) locked it frim the inside. First I thought that was weird that It was locked from tge inside. We were gonna go down and talk to someone when someone opened our door from the inside. I felt very unsafe and what happened to our privacy? It was at *:** am and under no circumstances that they should be staying in our room and locked our door. I talked to Julissa in the morning (housekeeping manager) and told us sge will definitely talk ti the manager. It’s been * weeks and I believed they just ignore my complaint. I hope Expedia will do something about this. We book most of our travels through you guys and this is the first time I was very disappointed!
