Case reference number ***E*** it’s been ** to ** days for a response. I spent well over ***.** for car rental allow, where was the discount for the bundle? Plus I was up sold for an upgrade for the car because what was in the arrangement was a wait. Why should I have to pay for an upgrade because you guys over booked? Plus, the hotel stay was horrible got a refund but the inconvenience for time and money to have to find another place to stay when my reservation with Expedia didn’t really save me anything. The entire reservation was pointless!!!! I want my money back! Poor service all the way around!! I need an immediate callback.
