The booking was made through Expedia. *However, i have canceled the reservation because i won’t be traveling, and i got a confirmation email that “ I have cancelled with full refund of deposit by hotel “ on December ** with the itinerary Number ***************The problem is that today, the amount of GBP *,*** was withdrawn my account, which accounts for * nights stay in * family room, even though i have cancelled my reservation.**Kindly reply as soon as possible in order to fix this issue and get my refund.**Thank you and much appreciated
