The issue in GetHuman-holsen's own words
I tried to make a reservation for a hotel in San Francisco for Dec. **, and was told that due to technical difficulties the reservation did not go through, and I did not receive any confirming email. However, I was charged and sent an email asking how checkin went. I am unable to call and speak with a customer service agent, as I never received a reservation or an itinerary number. I would like to be refunded the charge I received for the reservation. Can you help me with this? Also, I am locked out of my account and when I ask to change my password, I never receive the email with the link. So I am beginning to think that I only receive some emails from you, but not others? It is not going to my junk folder, as I've also checked that. I would really appreciate you help resolving both of these matters. Thanks, Heidi Olsen
