I booked two hotel reservations on *-*-** for *-*-** and *-**-**. Upon receipt of the confirmation it indicated that both reservations were for *-*-**. I contacted them immediately but was told that they were non-cancellable and that I would be charged. I also received e-mails offering travel protection being available for ** hrs which then said it was unavailable. I am certain of the dates I entered but have received no satisfaction from Expedia who simply blames the hotel chain.
GetHuman-tankwago did not yet indicate what Expedia should do to make this right.
