Hi *Re Accomodation booking ref EXP-********** for Bali Mystique Apt *** Seminyak.*On ** Sept **** we booked airfares and accomodation with Expedia to Seminyak Bali Indonesia and paid in full $****.**. The bookings were in the name of Heather Richmond and Lexine O’Sullivan.*Last night we arrive at the Denpasar airport to find no private car to pick us up then we arrive at the Bali Lotus Suite to find Bali Mystique Apartment *** was no longer available due to the owner removing the apartment from your handling some time ago. The owner was actually staying in the apartment when we arrived. This has left us stranded without any accomodation for the next week. The Mystic hotel has offered us a room for one night at the cost $*** AUS which left us with no option but to take. All the hotels in this area are fully booked. *We would kindly like a full refund for the accomodation that we prepaid, as soon as possible, and a refund for the cost of having to find another place to stay. We would also like to change our flights back to Melbourne Australia for this coming Sat **th. This is so disappointing and unprofessional and I will be seeking legal advice. *We are contactable on **** ****** and request a response ASAP.
