Hello Team, **I booked crescent resort in Unawatuna (Sri Lanka) through hotels.com. It is permanent shut down. Hence, as a support gesture, I interacted with one of your executive and she will put me up in Calamander Hotel at no extra cost if I am fine with it. *In response I agreed as there was no extra cost. She booked me there and my Itinary number is *************. *I got mail confirmation, But, in the details under Price Summary, it says I have to pay USD ** to hotel. Can you look into this as it is an extra cost to me, where in I was told there will be no extra cost. I was replying to your confirmation mail for last * days, but not getting any response.*Being your loyal customer and done close to ** bookings at list through hotels.com, need your assistance here as USD ** will be high cost for me for no reason of mine.
