I paid in advance a hotel room in Cali, Colombia for the night of *******. The hotel denied my reservation*stay due to not having with me the original ID's for my children (* & * yrs. old). We drove from Bogota and we were afraid we could lose our Passports so we left them at my parents’ house in Bogota. There's nowhere written in the Hotel website that is required to show the kids I.D. We have never been required to show them at any hotel in the USA so we are not familiar with that policy. Please let me know if you need additional information. I'd like a refund for the $**.** I paid in advance to Expedia on ****** since we were not allowed to stay at the hotel. Hotel name is Hotel Casa Vallecaucana. Thanks
