I purchased a ticket thru you on Delta airlines on July * Nd from Anchorage to Tucson. I paid extra so I could select my seat. I chose a window seat. I was issued a boarding pass in Anchorage and did not know it was a middle seat until I boarded. I told the stewardess I had paid extra for a window seat, she apologized and said I had to call reservations and complain. I spent SIX HOURS in a middle seat! Delta customer service apologized but said they could not refund the money, that you are responsible! So I need an explanation, and a refund!
