I WANT to make full payment. I asked the customer service yesterday three times to do this ASAP because I needed the receipt a few hours ago to hand over to the Greek Embassy. T ... Hellenic Republic Embassy want me to provide them a "full paid" receipt. They said the E-Ticket is not enough. How can I get this ASAP? My interview is tomorrow and they called me today!
They do not realize that there might be emergency situations like this! I even said I am willing to take care of any extra charge but they said they (customer service) do not have this policy. The maximum help from them was that they told me they will issue a receipt within ** hours (too late for me)
I guess its too late to resolve anything at the moment. I will just wait for the result of my interview and see if I get the visa with the normal BOOKED flight and hotel or not?*I want expedia to know more about these situations. I might not get my visa because of this
Because this thing is not about money. It's just that embassies do not trust these websites -*-
I gave an email to customer service too, they sent me a very ordinary receipt (out of value for embassies). At least they were faster than direct call!! (WOW!)
