I booked through Expedia in March ****, (for * nights in Seattle)paid my hotel bill upon checkout and then was charged for the first night * months later by the hotel. When I asked the hotel, they explained that Expedia “routed the booking incorrectly” so the room was not prepaid online as it was originally supposed to be. So * months later, it was charged. In * separate increments. Causing * separate overdraft fees. I want this entire room paid for. I did not route anything incorrectly. I put my card in. The money was there * months ago. I should not have to fix their mistake.
