I had a confirmed bookng for The Principal Hotel in London in April **-** but discovered (w*o any notification from Expedia or the hotel) that the hotel was not opening until * days after our arrival. Had to book another hotel and chase down the rest of the reservation myself to confirm. Was told would be emailed a $*** coupon by Expedia as compensation for extra expenses and time incurred, which never happened. Need it NOW to book another trip. Please email it asap to *****@***.com.
