Due to the system error, I double ordered and had requested refund right after the purchase, which was a month ago. But I just recognized that my request is declined. I have no idea why my request was declined even though I've requested right after my purchase. I request them again last monday, but they haven't reply yet. I need to get the refund before it is too late because the event is this coming Sunday. The total of USD$***.** including foreign transaction fee. Please figure it out ASAP. I'm looking forward to get your reply. Thanks in advance.
