Hi, I'm planning to rent a car from Europcar in February and I've checked that the rates are cheaper than other car companies. However, I am deterred by my previous bad experience with Europcar where I was overcharged by Euro***. It took me around * months to get back the refund. I would like to check if the price that is indicated on the website is the final price that will be charged on my credit card? I do not wish to go through the hassle of having to contact the customer service continuously just to get back my refunds due to overcharge.
