I was syncing a shirt I had created via Printful Wednesday night (Oct **nd). While my shirt was syncing with Etsy, suddenly there was an error message telling me it couldn't sync that product. Next thing I know I had been logged out of Etsy. Upon trying to log in again, I was provided a message at the top of my screen saying 'Your Account has been Deactivated'. I sent Etsy a message through their contact button, which it said to do to get my account reactivated. Then I was told I would receive correspondence via email within a day. It's now been almost a fully * days. I've sent messages to them a few times now, but nothing. (Also, in looking through their FAQs I found something that said if your account is suspended you would receive an email explaining why and that if you don't see that email to check SPAM. I have not received any correspondence about this issue whatsoever. My email account received emails from them only upon starting and setting up my store, but nothing since this happened.)**I want to know what is going on. Why has my account been deactivated? Why has my store been suspended? I wasn't even syncing anything against their terms and conditions - nothing but a joke about a polar bear. I want answers!
