Order which was cancelled on Etsy desktop still shows active on Etsy mobile

Etsy has a BUG!!! ... On August *th I received an order. On August *th the customer emailed me and said they had put the wrong address on the order and needed to change it. I cancelled the order and requested a refund on Etsy desktop. Etsy desktop sent me a message saying that I had issued a refund. The order was no longer in open orders. The customer then sent in a new order with the correct address. All appears correct on Etsy desktop except stats. However, Etsy mobile is showing an open order for the first order and prompting me to ship it. That is incorrect. I need Etsy to remove that extra order from my mobile views but NOT to send another refund.
This keeps popping up and saying I need to ship it
Fix the bug
I've been with Etsy a year. What difference does that make? Etsy has a bug. It is frustrating whether I started w Etsy yesterday or ** years ago
