I sold a book, and upon receipt of the item, the buyer sent me a really nasty message, claiming I had misrepresented the item, and that she was going to contact Etsy, and inform you that I am a liar, and "shame on you", etc, etc. I do not accept returns, but since I was out of the country on vacation at the time, I went ahead and immediately refunded her money, even though I believed my listing had been accurate, because she is clearly not right in the head. I gave her a refund only because of her threats, and because she is a crazy person. I in fact had NOT "lied" in my listing: she said I sold it at a first edition, when the listing very clearly states it is not. I need to speak with Etsy for two reasons:**. I cannot find a way to get the "buyer" a return shipping label (yes, she still has my book). **. I need to know if people are allowed to post reviews of Etsy shops that are lies. For example - if this woman decides to post a negative review of my shop, and what she says is crazy, and are lies (and may easily be verified as lies by Etsy), do you allow these reviews to stay posted?*Please contact me ASAP in order to help me with this matter. Thank you so much!

I sent a message to Etsy support, and was then given the option to receive a phone call, or an email in response. I chose to have them call me, and they did so in about half an hour after I sent a message
