I have an etsy acct. I could not find the contact page when I go to the home section so I am contacting you here instead. On June ** **** I purchased Na lei ilima no hiiaka silk chanteuse large scarf shawl and wrap. The amount for the scarf was taken out that same day. I got a notice saying the would contact me as soon as it ships. In their shopping information it would take them * to * business days to ship. I have since contacted them through etsys conversation portal. I sent * messages. One to ask what the tracking number was and two I had not heard from them on day * so I was asking for a refund. They still have not sent any notices,messages. This is the first time I have had a problem with a purchase. I am asking for your help. The total for the transaction was $***.**. Eagerly waiting to hear from Etsy. Marissa
