Hello,**Today on June **th ****, I purchased new Epson branded ink for my xp-*** printer. The printer accepted my new ink cartridges. After cleaning the print heads I attempted to print a letter. At this point the printer informed me that the Magenta ink level is depleted even though I just installed a brand new cartridge.**I have updated all my drivers and my printer is connected correctly but now I cannot print. I have tried over and over and the printer will not print. The communication is fine as I can use the scanner function from my computer but it will not print. I have just spent almost $** for ink and now I cannot return the ink because the package has been opened.**At this point I am angry with the poor experience with this printer. It clogs all the time, prints poorly, the ink is very expensive and now it won't even work after spending $** on genuine Epson cartridges.**I would like a refund or a replacement of my XP-*** all in one printer or you will lose me and my office as an Epson customer as I have been for over a decade.
