Username: K********s Email: ***********@att.net When logging in with our email ************@att.net, it displays someone else's account information. Despite being kingedicus with s**************[redacted], after logging in with our email and password, the account details show: Username displayed: L*********ki Email: f***[redacted] (reveal as Fo*******[redacted] upon further exploration) Attempting to change the email prompts a verification code sent to the Fortune email. Presumably, they would need a code from our st***********on email to make the initial change, right? Even though we sign in with our email, the account info reflects a different email address. Any guidance on this would be appreciated. We have not received any suspicious emails from Epic Games regarding account information, ruling out phishing or spam. Guidance requested.

Hello, I purchased a Nintendo Switch for my son for Christmas. I have been attempting to link his account from his Xbox to the Switch but have encountered an issue with the email address associated with the account. On my son's Xbox, his email is [redacted], linked to the ID ttvclay2010. I tried to connect this account to his Switch, but it pulled up a different account, dadscoffa, associated with the same email [redacted] on Epic Games. This is actually my account, and the email for it is [redacted]

I need help verifying my Epic account. The email linked to it is not valid, and I cannot change it or create a new one. The verification email is being sent to an "impossible email" address, "r***[redacted]," which I know is not a real email. I am unable to verify my account or enable 2FA due to this issue. I would like to have the email changed, but I cannot do it myself since I don't have access to that email. Additionally, I do not have a phone number connected to the account.

I keep getting kicked out of the Fortnite game repeatedly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat multiple times. After receiving an error message directing me to do so, I followed online tutorials for the process. However, when I tried to play again, I received an error message prompting me to check my internet connection (which I confirmed was working) and to look at the Epic Games status site (which showed no reported issues). What steps should I take to fix this issue?

Yesterday, we set up an account for our son on his Xbox One. After creating the account, we played Fortnite. When we tried to add a V-Bucks card to the Xbox account using the same email address, it stated it was already linked to another account. We simply want to add the V-Bucks to his Xbox One account. The email associated with his Xbox account is [redacted]

While playing Farming Simulator [redacted] on my PC, my screen suddenly went black and I received a message indicating I had been logged out of my Epic account. The email displayed, [redacted], is unfamiliar to me, as my actual email is [redacted] I attempted to temporarily disable my account but found that the password had been changed, preventing me from verifying my information. Despite my efforts to log in, I couldn't access my account. Later, when I tried logging into my PlayStation 4 to play Fortnite, I noticed that all my skins, V-Bucks, and battle pass were missing. It seems someone has hacked my Epic Games account. I kindly request assistance in restoring my account and its contents promptly.

I am feeling quite disappointed with the absence of Tilted Towers in Season 2 of Chapter 2. It seems like many aspects have changed, and I wish Tilted Towers could make a return in the upcoming seasons. I find Fortnite enjoyable, but it's disheartening to encounter hackers and highly skilled players who make the game less fun. I hope that the game developers consider bringing back Tilted Towers in the future updates.

I'm having trouble connecting my Epic Games account to my PS4. I had already linked it to an account on the PS4, which I can't access anymore because it was connected to a school email I can no longer use. I managed to link the account to my mobile using the cafenaca05 account. However, when I tried to link it to my new PSN account, it won't work as it says the account is already associated. I need to link my account to the new one so I can play Fortnite. I've invested money into this account, so I really need this fixed.

I need help merging my son's Epic account (Chocol8te3) from his PC/laptop to his new PS4. He shares a PSN plus membership with his brother on separate playstations. I can log into the Epic Games site on my mobile under his profile but am having trouble merging the accounts. When I click on the "accounts" tab, then the PSN logo, it says the user ID is already in use. The issue is linking his PC gaming account (Chocol8te3) with the PS network sub-account, showing a message that the user ID is already in use on PS network, which is not the case. My other son has a different email and uses the avatar infowars007. How can I merge Chocol8te3's old PC account with the new PS4 network sub-account?

I'm frustrated and need to explain what's happened. I recently discovered I was banned from Epic's game without a valid reason. Epic hasn't explained why, claiming they only ban when necessary. But I strongly believe the ban was a mistake. The ban occurred a year ago while I was playing with an ethernet cable, experiencing lag due to poor internet. Suddenly, I was kicked out for cheating. I've tried everything to resolve this - reaching out to Epic, researching solutions - to no avail. Now with a new computer, I connected my old hard drive, which Epic mistakenly flagged for cheating. Despite playing cleanly on my new PC before, both systems are now banned. I'm innocent and frustrated. I just want answers and the ban lifted from all my devices. My username is SnazzyOfficial, and you can reach me at [redacted] I won't share my password online.

I was playing a game on my Xbox One using the account skilletkilla32 when I got disconnected and prompted to link accounts. I opted out of linking, choosing to play Fortnite instead, but it reset me to the beginning of chapter two. I'm concerned about losing my account, which had a considerable amount of money invested in it. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to that account. I'm looking for assistance on how to recover it.

I need help retrieving my Epic Games account, which was originally linked to an old Xbox Live account I no longer have access to. I created a new Xbox Live account with my email address without knowing about the account linking policy in Fortnite. I would like to transfer all the progress, time, and money invested in my Epic Games account to my new Xbox Live account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the old Live account or reconnect it to Epic Games. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Graham K.

I am having trouble accessing my Epic Games account because I forgot my password. I tried using the "forgot password" option multiple times but didn't receive any reset email. I am confident that I am using the correct email address because I am continuously logged into my account on my phone. I attempted to reset the password through my phone settings, but it requires the old password which I don't remember. Can someone assist me with this issue?

My son has been using an account to play Fortnite for over two years. Recently, we got a new Switch, and now my other son has taken over the original account. Is there a way to transfer all the games from the original account to a new user name? We are struggling to figure this out. Alternatively, will my son have to start from scratch with a new account?

I recently purchased an Xbox gift card for $15 with the intention of buying the 10-pack and the starter pack. However, when I tried to make the purchase, the charge was $10.59 instead of $10, leaving me short of the amount needed to purchase the starter pack. I believe I am owed the 59 cents difference in order to buy the starter pack as intended. Receiving the 59 cents back will not only allow me to complete the purchase but also benefit your revenue since I planned to spend a total of $10. Kindly refund me the 59 cents so I can proceed with buying the starter pack for $10 as expected. Thank you.

My son created a guest account on my husband's PS4 to play Fortnite. He also plays on a Nintendo Switch with the same account. We got him a PS4 for Christmas, but I can't transfer the Epic Games account from my husband's PS4 to my son's. We've invested a lot of money in this account for all the skins he loves, and now we can't link it. Please assist with this issue!

I am facing an issue where my account has vanished, and I have invested a substantial amount of money in it. I used the email address [redacted] The account name was BaByLooooN in Fortnite. Initially, I created the account on Xbox and later linked it to my computer for gaming. I am eager to recover my account as I have made significant purchases on it. Looking forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.

My brother's account was unknowingly traded with a friend, who then locked him out. After recovering the account and securing it, the friend has now hacked into the account without trading details and unlinked it from both Epic Games and Nintendo. This high-tier account, with significant investments from family and friends, is at risk due to these actions.

I am currently looking to refund my friend for the [redacted] V-Bucks he accidentally added to my account while using my Xbox. My account has been repeatedly hacked by the same person. I have changed passwords and two-factor authentication on both my Epic Games account and associated email multiple times, yet the hacker from Albania is still able to hack into the game while I'm playing, kicking me out. This person, named Rayan, has even used my email to request password resets from different IPs. They have linked their PlayStation to my account, disconnecting my Switch account. Sadly, I am unable to access Fortnite due to this ongoing issue. My name is Conner, and I'm located in Michigan.
