I bought the Save the World Standard Edition and played the initial mission. Later, I used the same card to purchase it for a friend. But when I logged back in, I was surprised to see that my purchase was refunded without my request. I have already reached out to Epic Games player support via email but have not received a response yet. I have not received the refund yet, and I am worried about any issues this might cause with my Fortnite account.

I've been playing FPS games for over 20 years and recently noticed that many Unreal Engine 4 titles lack dynamic weather effects, destructible environments, and dynamic lighting. I wonder what it would take, cost-wise and time-wise, to develop these features in UE4. Is it possible to start working on this soon? Maybe a Kickstarter campaign could help cover the development costs as I believe many gamers would support it. While the Frostbite engine has these features and more, EA's reluctance to listen to their community's feedback results in subpar games. Games like Squad, Post Scriptum, and Hell Let Loose suffer from these engine limitations, hindering their potential for a realistic war experience. I believe there's a significant opportunity to raise funds globally for this initiative. What are your thoughts on this?

I am having trouble linking my Epic account "PAPA_KOULIKOV," used for playing Fortnite on PS4, to my desired email address "[redacted]" Currently, the associated email is "j***[redacted]," which I do not recognize. To enable two-factor authentication, I must link my preferred email, but I am unable to do so as I can't access the security code sent to the unknown email. Unfortunately, Epic does not offer customer support to assist with this issue. My name is Joshua Novak, and you can reach me at [redacted].

I need assistance with verifying my son's account. The email address linked to the account is [redacted] and we have not received any verification email. The account is connected to his PlayStation account [redacted] Could you please resend the verification email manually? When I click "resend verification email", it is not being sent. My son is looking to take part in a tournament this weekend but we haven't heard back from EpicGames despite sending them four emails already.

I started playing Fortnite on the Nintendo Switch, intending to take my gaming more seriously by transitioning to Xbox for streaming. However, upon downloading Fortnite on Xbox, it automatically linked a random account without giving me a chance to use my existing one. Initially, I managed to sign in as a guest on Xbox to access my Epic account. Unfortunately, with the introduction of split-screen functionality, I am unable to access my Epic account through a guest account anymore. Can you please separate my Epic account from the guest Xbox account and connect it to the random account on my Xbox or delete this random account entirely so I can link my actual Xbox account to my genuine Epic account instead?

Yesterday, during the Winter Royale tournament on the EU server, my team encountered an issue where we did not receive points for one of the games we played. Despite earning around 30 points in that match, our total points only showed 77 instead of the correct [redacted]. We suspect there was a bug in Fortnite affecting our score. I go by the name Flowcko in the game, and I just want to ensure our team receives the points we rightfully earned. I can provide clips from the tournament or any other necessary proof to rectify this situation. I appreciate your time and assistance in resolving this matter promptly so we can secure our placement and rewards.

I am experiencing an issue with purchasing Fortnite V-Bucks for different console devices. When trying to redeem the V-Bucks gift card, I am only provided with the options for Nintendo Switch, PC/Mac, or mobile, but cannot find Xbox as an option for selection, even though my main account is on Xbox. Despite the V-Bucks gift card stating it "supports all Fortnite devices," I am unable to choose PlayStation or Xbox. I would appreciate assistance in adding the funds to my account. If this is not feasible, I kindly request a refund for the two gift cards purchased totaling $20.

My son mistakenly used the wrong email address for the account. We need to update it to [redacted] for verification purposes. The listed phone number [redacted]8 is not ours. The card associated with the account is mine, and I can easily verify it by providing details such as the sort code or any other associated information. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been playing since the end of season 4 without any problems until now. I am frustrated with the lightsabers in the game because every time I encounter one, I end up losing and it's very frustrating. The lightsabers seem overpowered and ruin my gaming experience. I nearly got in trouble for yelling in frustration, so I hope the developers can consider removing them to improve the game for all players. Thank you.

Hello, I've been playing since season 1 with my account linked to an old email I can't access anymore. I'm trying to enable 2FA for tournaments and cups, but it requires verifying my account. I'm stuck because I can't verify the old email or switch to a new one without verifying the old one I no longer have access to. My Epic username is TTV Lunar_Shade. Thanks, CJ.

Hi Epic Games,
My duo partner, xCel_JudeLegacy, and I, xCel_Fishyy, recently participated in the West Cup but encountered teamers in our final game. Unfortunately, this caused us to finish 20 places lower than expected, missing out on $[redacted]. We had amassed [redacted] points, the same as approximately 40 other players. We kindly request an investigation of our last game to validate our claims and potentially award us at least 1 additional point to claim the rightful prize money we earned. The situation feels unjust to both of us, and receiving the appropriate reward would mean a lot to us, as we are both in need of the funds. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, my son accidentally believes he deleted his account. He tried to authenticate something for a game and entered the wrong email as his username. When he attempted to change it, he discovered it already existed. Then, in trying to alter it, he mistakenly thinks he may have requested a deletion. His username on the PS4 is Aj_DEnewY, and the email address linked to the account is [redacted] He's concerned about potentially losing all the items he's purchased in Fortnite over the years. We appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
Sincerely, Phil Dewhurst

I have been participating in the Winter Royal event and unexpectedly lost 10 points, which removed me from the leaderboard. Consequently, I am unable to compete for the $[redacted] prize. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter, restoring the lost points, and reinstating me on the leaderboard. My Epic Games username is (Swn Wooz) and my partner's is (snipernath30). We would appreciate your prompt action in resolving this issue as we believe we rightly deserve the chance to compete for the prize. Thank you - Swn Wooz

I have a concern regarding Fortnite. In a recent match, when using a gold tac shotgun, my first shot dealt 26 damage to the enemy's head, which seemed low for a shotgun, but the second shot landed for 43 straight to the skull. Despite having [redacted] HP with Shield, my opponent hit me for 26 with their first shot and then eliminated me with the second shot. I believe there is an issue with the inconsistency in damage output which affected the outcome of the fight. Epic Games, please address this discrepancy and ensure that shotgun shots deliver more balanced and predictable damage. My solo wins are limited, and this situation cost me a potential victory where I had the initial advantage. It's important to improve the fairness of gameplay for all players. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I played on an account in late Season 2 and had purchased the Season 3 battle pass. Unfortunately, I believe my account has been hacked along with my Save the World account a while back. I used to have an email [redacted] linked to it. The account's name was "im a sweaty btw" before it got hacked, which I'm trying to recover. The hacking incident occurred during the endgame event approximately a year ago while I was playing 50v50 challenges and got unexpectedly kicked out. I did not receive any email notifications about changes made to my account, such as password or email. Despite some confusion over the details, I can provide evidence like having "The Reaper" skin but missing the "High Octane" glider from Season 3. Restoring access to my account is crucial to me, and I appreciate any assistance in regaining control. Thank you. Sincerely, Alan

My Fortnite account is currently linked to an old deleted email, ramona.r.crump, which I no longer have access to. The account is unverified. I wish to update my email to [redacted], my current email. However, I can't verify the old email as I no longer have access to it. This is the second time I'm reaching out for help. The previous technical support email advised me to change my username and password, which was not related to my issue. I reiterate, I am unable to verify the old email to switch to the new one as I have no access to it.

My son's Xbox broke, and we lost all the information saved on it. We created a new Epic account but now want to merge it with the old one. I had to purchase another year of Xbox Live in November and then had to buy a new Xbox Live subscription for the Epic account in December. As a result, I have paid for two years in total. Is there a way to merge the accounts to combine the Xbox Live subscriptions for two years? Please reply as soon as possible. My son feels isolated without his friends on the new account. 😪

Hello Epic,
I have a rather amusing situation on my hands. My 9-year-old daughter is a Fortnite enthusiast and especially adores the "freestylin emote" available on Twitch. Despite my efforts to explain that the emote was part of a limited-time bundle that has expired, she persists in expressing her desire for it. I'm willing to purchase the bundle or the emote just to bring an end to her constant complaints. Could you assist me in procuring it? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
RoseAnn

I recently purchased Division 2 on Epic Games Store. To play, I need to link my Epic and Uplay accounts, but I can't until I verify my email. However, I'm not receiving the verification email despite multiple attempts. Changing the email requires a security code that I'm also not receiving. I receive purchase receipts fine, just not the verification emails or security codes. I suspect it might be an issue with my hotmail address since when I used a gmail address, verification worked fine. If I can't verify my hotmail address, I'd like a refund. Ideally, I want to verify the hotmail address or switch to an email that works. Unsure if this forum can help, but thank you.

One time, my friend completed challenges for me on Xbox because I didn't have my switch or a console. I gave him my account details, and he did the challenges. I recently got my Xbox, downloaded Fortnite, and unlinked the account he used. Now, I can't play Fortnite on my Xbox because it doesn't allow linking accounts to another Xbox. I need to link my Epic account to my Xbox one.
