good afternoon, **my son purchased borderlands * from epic game on Saturday evening, we downloaded through the night and in the morning he tried to play, but this game didn't work. i was to busy that day to find time find someone who can help sort out this problem, why does this game doesn't work on his computer. he spend a lot of time to upload this game, and why it shows: over *hrs. Sunday evening i found one friend who try as well tried our problem, send couple updates and reinstalled this game twice, but the game still not working.*i understand, that by you rules no more that *hrs if i would like get refund but he doesn't, still my son is very upset, still he wants this game, but i don't know how i can help him fix this problem. his computer is fully prepared for this game and has a lot of GB (gigabit's). please can you help us with this game to start working on his computer.if you can't help as, i would like get a refund for this game.*thank you* king regards, Natalie
