Help with my Enterprise Rent-A-Car issue

I was overcharged from the Clarksville TN Enterprise location. I paid $*** for a * week rental, I kept the rental auto for four (* ) days. I was informed at the time of the rental return I had not paid enough (!!! ??? !!!). I was shown a bill listing items like an hour late return charge ,etc.....???. I had a weekly rental that was returned early ** As a result of these random inflated charges, my 'deposit was used up'. I complained about the situation and was promised an email explanation and a refund. I did NOT get a follow up response.*&*I called Enterprise customer service **** registered a complaint.*& I went to the rental location yesterday. The agent made notes and adjustments. I'm not really sure what logic process he was using. I was refunded * different amounts. The how and why STILL eludes me.*I want my $*** deposit refunded. The agent said 'it will drop off'.*I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND !???????!*Please give me a call.*TU, Vicki Moody
