Help with my Easyjet issue

The Easyjet flight EZY****, Booking reference EXSX**S, for May **** was cancelled due to Coronavirus. I was sent a voucher. I tried to book for September using the voucher but it would not work. (I tried various combinations but no luck). i booked using a credit card. I have written to Easyjet twice, last letter dated **th August asking for a refund for the May flight but have heard nothing.*I would like a refund as their voucher did not work. It cannot be repaid on my original card as it is no longer working.

GetHuman-dbell_is did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-dbell_is fixed the problem
The Easyjet call centre guy told me that the vouchers could only be used on the call centre. Odd because they were there when I tried to buy my next flight. It was just the number didn't work. The call centre guy suggested I use the help button and contact us on the Easyjet website. It may take ** days to get back to me. Hopefully it will be fixed then.
