We need written confirmation from Easyjet stating the reason why our flight Ezy *** refETKJPQS on *st March leaving Jersey to Gatwick at **.** was cancelled and when the next flight would have departed , we had been informed by text message (my wife,s mob)that our flight was cancelled that day obviously due to weather disruption ,reason we need written info is we are claiming from our insurance company is that we booked a British Airway flight that left jersey that morning to get us to Gatwick or otherwise lose our holiday,fortunately for us there was space left on that flight which was the last flight out of Jersey as they closed the airport!
