Hi, for the past week I have been trying to unlock my device through the online form however, the form continues to say that my device is not recognised as being locked to EE, but when I was on the phone to someone from EE and gave them my IMEI number which is *************** and they confirmed that my phone was in fact locked to EE, can I please have some help on this?

GetHuman4778371 did not yet indicate what EE should do to make this right.
