I was charged an extra £** for a plan that I had already bought, it was supposed to be refunded to my bank account but instead hads been refunded in top up credit, can you sort this out as I didn’t authorise another payment in the first place

I phoned EE and explained the problem and they explained what had happened that my money will be refunded into my bank account but it had to be put as a top up credit first to allow the team to authorise it
Please help with my EE issue
