I submitted my renewal for my EBT benefits on ******, which was actually not due until...

I submitted my renewal for my EBT benefits on ******, which was actually not due until September. My benefits was not put on my card on the october the **th. I've talked to 'Heather' she was not my case worker but said she would email my case worker and her supervisor to get my renewal processed that was on the ***** she stated she sees where I sent in my renewal but my case work has yet to process it & still nothing so far. I left another voice mail Friday and still nothing, I spoke to some one today who was sending out and email ( kinda like a complaint she said ) this morning to whom ever to get the ball rolling. I also left a voice mail for my case worker once again explaining the situation again. I need my benefits for my * children we have no money and depend on this to feed my children and pack lunches for school. Please can someone just get my renewal processed so I can get my benefits with ** hours, please Im a single mom and we depend on this help with food.
