had bad ezpass.. I did not change address when I moved They have piled up and the fees are so I can not afford. I am disabled and only rec. Income monthly. This would be a financial hard ship. I am so willing to pay the toll amounts I do owe. I have tried to call and speak to people. Im just not understanding how to correct this all with out going homeless or loosing my vehicle Is there a way to tally what I owe for the tolls and send monthly payment for what i owe. Its keeping me awake . I try weekly to resolve this issue and so far I dont know where Im at. PLEASE HELP. ***-***-****
