You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-dbotwin's own words
I am contacting to express my displeasure with EZ Pass and the customer service representative I spoke with (*****). I have been trying to contact EZ Pass for months, sometimes waiting as much as two hours on hold without making contact. I was able to reach someone today who was extremely rude, unprofessional and not sensitive to the difficulty I have went through to correct this issue. I am an EZ Pass customer whose account was always in good standing and received a violation when my tag did not register. The Account has since been sent to collections due the time lapse of the violation. I recently moved and although updated my address never received notice of the violation until the beginning of COVID ** where I immediately tried to make notification. In addition the vehicle in question is registered to my name which is the same on my EZ Pass account.

GetHuman-dbotwin did not yet indicate what E-ZPass New Jersey should do to make this right.
