Dear Duolingo,*Thank you for taking the time to read my email.*I have very much enjoyed using your programme to learn French and when I asked the opinion of my french sister in law with regard to the app she was impressed and began to recommend it to others, as have I.*I recently purchased the 'plus' option (username Kathryn *** ***) and for the most part have found it great, however, I have been repeatedly frustrated with Duolingo's inability to record my voice in the language speaking exercises. I have consistently flagged this as an issue within the programme but to no avail. I have eliminated the potential of the error being with my devices. I have researched it and, along with applying all the quick fixes that were suggested, have discovered that this has been an ongoing issue for a number of people over several years. *Unless this is fixed I promptly I request a refund on the grounds that you are not providing the service advertised.*I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.**Kind Regards,*Kathryn Barleyman
