I got the free trial of Duolingo Plus. I decided to cancel it before being billed, so I went into my settings (I use Apple and I followed the instructions found on the help section of your website) and tried to do so. It said that my subscription would expire on the **rd, and I didn't select any renewal option. **On the **rd, it showed up under my subscriptions as expired, but the app still said I had plus. I checked the settings of my account on the app, and it says that I'm going to be billed again today for a ** month subscription. There's no option in my settings to cancel this, and I even tried to use my computer to cancel it, but there's no option to do so when I follow your instructions. **Please get back to me as soon as you can about this issue. **Thanks!
