Hello my name is Brad I went to the Dunkin' off of Elliot and Dobson today near my parents place cuz I'm a mover and I get jobs all over the place long story short I got horrible service I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel I waited about ** ** minutes and notice that two or three customers behind me got their food and we're out the door very quickly and promptly while I waited for my food.. I did ask what was going on and what the delay was and they said that they had coded out my order somehow whatever that means.. and that I got my food well obviously I didn't since I'm asking for my food I told the lady and she looked at me like I was an idiot.. finally the manager comes from around the corner and says that she's going to have to remake my food that the order unfortunately was canceled out for some reason or not Place correctly I was late for a job in pressed for time of course so this didn't help.. they then gave me one of the worst sandwiches that I've ever gotten from Dunkin Donuts The Bagel wasn't toasted the cheese was literally just slapped on and I wondered if the egg was even cooked and I didn't get any bacon on my sandwich this was ridiculous .. I didn't even have time to do another complaint I wondered if they did this on purpose and just threw my sandwich together because I was pissed off regarding it especially how the other customers got their food and we're out the door.. it seemed like honestly the people at this location don't care you guys should send random Shoppers in there and check on this location and you could see what's going on with it's definitely not ran up to par I will say I normally go to locations in North Phoenix and they're running a lot better and you can tell that they're a lot more on par cuz the food is a lot better and it's made me a regular customer like you have a location on Bell and tantor **th Street that location is ran excellent what I would like is some type of credit for the situation if you could send me a gift card it would be greatly appreciated so that I could use that or give it to my girlfriend and she's the one that actually got me hooked on your place if you like you can give me a call at ***-***-**** but I would like some type of credit for what I went through I even walked there in the morning and took extra time so that I could eat a great breakfast and was really disappointed
