Hi, I was told to contact customer service through messenger. I 've had a few issues occur nonstop with my app and I can't keep taking hours on hold to speak with someone about it. I called this morning with almost over an hour and a half hold and was told that my app would be updated, which it was, again, on my break I drove in to use my app, to be able to finally use my free coffee. Again, I was told that the coupon didn't work on my phone and so I had to pay. Now I'm looking and my coupon disappeared off my phone. This has happened almost three times and when I call your representative they are not very nice because they talk to me as if I'm a teenager trying to scam them off of a free coffee. I just re downloaded my app and will ask one last time to please send me my coupon and stop taking it away. my email associated with my account is *****@***.com
