Hello, my name is Theresa Waitman and I can be reached at [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate a call back as I am currently unable to read or write, using voice command to communicate. Yesterday, I placed an order and encountered an issue where the item was unavailable and was replaced with different items resulting in a total bill of $57.24. However, my bank statement reflects a charge of $87 or a similar amount. I kindly request assistance in resolving this discrepancy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm John. Recently, I discovered unauthorized charges on my debit card from Doordash when reviewing my bank statements. I didn't realize I was being charged until now. I plan to contact my bank to cancel the card, but I wanted to reach out to Doordash first to resolve this issue. I have been trying my best and have spoken to a support representative who keeps promising that my concern is escalated and that I would be contacted within 48 hours. I completed a Dasher promotion of 15 deliveries for $[redacted] before the deadline. Despite delivering 16 orders and confirming with support, nothing has been resolved. I even provided screenshots and emails as proof, but it has been over a week with no update. To make matters worse, my car was damaged while delivering in a different area, leaving me in urgent need of the money. If this isn't resolved, I won't continue working for Door Dash. There should be a way to reach a higher authority for cases like mine. I feel disappointed and let down by the lack of support. Considering the ordeal, I believe I should be compensated for the time and stress endured dealing with this issue. Door Dash needs a system to address serious concerns and ensure fair treatment for their workers.

I noticed a $9.99 charge on my card, and on the credit card statement, it says San Francisco, CA, even though I am in Texas. How can I confirm if the charge was made at a local restaurant but billed from there, or if it's from a restaurant in California, potentially indicating a fraudulent charge? The charge simply states "Door Dash." While I haven't directly ordered from Door Dash before, there's this one restaurant where every time I order online, it goes through Door Dash. However, there's no record of ordering from them on that particular day.

My son Steven is currently missing, and he was using his brother Brandon's DoorDash account. I am trying to find out when the account was last used. Unfortunately, DoorDash has refused to provide me with any information about the last activity on the account or its location. They mentioned that we would need law enforcement to reach out to their LERT team. Thus, we have hit a roadblock with getting any assistance from DoorDash concerning this matter, and it has been frustrating.

My background check was completed in March [redacted]. Despite this, I have not received any emails informing me of my eligibility status to drive. Over the past 9 months, I have reached out to multiple individuals and have not made any progress. I continuously mention that I have not received the required email, yet the situation remains unresolved. I am eager to know if I am approved to drive or not.

I didn't receive the drinks that were meant to be included with my order. Additionally, the food arrived with the bag torn open, and there was an unidentified liquid or sauce spilled over the contents. The dasher's photo capturing the delivery showed the food being held inside the car. I am requesting a refund for the uneatable food due to safety concerns. I was disappointed to only receive a partial refund for an order that was mistakenly placed and promptly canceled.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my DoorDash account from China since my U.S. phone number is no longer valid here. Attempting to log in using a VPN is unsuccessful. Unfortunately, using a VPN is necessary to access DoorDash in China. I need to log in to cancel my DashPass and review my December bill. My alternate phone number is [redacted], which works in China. Is it possible to update my DoorDash account with this new phone number to receive verification codes and access my account? Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. My account was deactivated due to falling below the acceptable rating. This was caused by declining too many order requests, which I found unrealistic, like: $2 for a 10-mile trip, $5 for a 17-mile trip, and $52 for 4 orders from Sephora in different directions totaling 80 miles. These examples represent the majority of the dash calls I receive. My ratings, based on actual customer interactions, reflect excellence. I approach my work with unquestionable professionalism. This income is crucial as I support 4 family members with it, making it my 3rd job. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account, or I will pursue legal action for wrongful termination. After signing up for DoorDash to order dinner for my family due to a work emergency and my wife's injury, I selected a Mac Pack meal along with a frappe. However, upon returning home, I discovered that only the frappe and two plain cheeseburgers were delivered instead of the full order. Despite the bag being sealed, it was cut open, and DoorDash was unhelpful, offering minimal assistance. This experience has left me frustrated as I paid a substantial amount for the incorrect items. It's disheartening how such errors can occur, especially when relying on food delivery services during busy times.

I recently placed a $42 order with Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately, there were several issues with my order. My drink and sauces were missing, and the portion of fried pickles was smaller than usual. The delivery driver seemed to have taken a long route, resulting in my food being cold upon arrival. This has been the third time I have faced problems with my orders from your restaurant. In the past, I had issues with missing items and receiving incorrect orders. I have had to contact customer service multiple times for help. Due to these consistent problems, I would like a refund for this order. I have had issues with missing items in the past and have not received the discounts promised. Please refund the amount to my card. I have had to wait long hours for orders and faced missing items frequently. I may reconsider ordering from your establishment in the future unless these issues can be resolved.

I am having trouble accessing my account and using the selfie verification photo required. Can I provide a telephone gallery photo of myself instead? Where should I send it to ensure I can use my DoorDash app? I attempted to set a new password, but the app did not retain it. Does Persona require membership to utilize it and submit a photo? The selfie feature on the DoorDash app is not functioning properly for me. Should I provide my email and telephone number for further assistance?

I am currently at the corporate office of Merchant. A Door Dash cardholder used their card at our pay-at-the-pump location this morning. Unfortunately, the store was closed, and the fuel pump did not dispense, resulting in a pre-authorization hold on their account. The authorization code is D7WW7V, dated 4/27/23, with the card ending in 3[redacted]. The cardholder is now unable to use their card and is seeking a release of the hold to retrieve their funds. I am having trouble getting assistance with my Dasher Direct Card issues. The support agents seem to lack knowledge about how to help me with these problems. One agent even suggested I needed to wait indefinitely on hold, which is frustrating. Some have given me incorrect information, such as saying I need to enable my camera in the app for my card to work. This has led to me being unable to resolve unauthorized transactions of $[redacted] and access my funds. It has been a month with no solutions to these issues.

I placed an order for food, and the delivery time kept getting longer until it reached an hour. I reached out to DoorDash support, and a representative advised me to cancel the order for a refund. After canceling, no one was available to help, and I received a message to wait 24 hours. I ended up without my food or a refund.

I am disappointed with my recent Taco Bell order. The Mexican pizza and the crunch wrap were both soggy and not crunchy as they should be. The only good item were the nacho fries. I received a five-dollar refund, but this is not satisfactory as I had to throw away all the food. I have never had an issue before, but this experience is unacceptable. I would like a full credit to my account or alternatively, please email me. I am not willing to settle for five dollars and cannot accept that this situation is okay if no further action is taken. I am requesting a refund.

My wife, a driver, needs her ID reverified. Even though her driver's license appears expired, we are military personnel out of state, so it's valid. We attempted verification with her military dependent ID, a government-issued non-expired ID, but it keeps failing. Both the personnel and the support team at Doordash are unable to assist further. Is there a direct contact for the verification team that we can use? She's been unable to work for the past 3 days, and it seems like she's stuck in a tough situation.

Jersey Mike's struggled to manage the sudden influx of DoorDash orders today due to a promotion they seemed unaware of. I received two orders while they were inundated with dozens more. Despite waiting, they couldn't fulfill the orders promptly, and the store was overwhelmed with dashers. After unassigning the orders due to the delay, I was given two more orders from Jersey Mike's, which I also had to decline. Even after explaining the situation to support, I had to unassign these orders multiple times, resulting in lowered ratings. This cycle continued as other dashers faced the same issues. Despite rebooting as advised by support, the problem persisted. Frustrated and unable to earn, I had to leave, feeling disappointed about my ratings.
