I ordered Chipotle from their website, advertising free delivery. My Dasher called to let me know that they were out of chips, which I had ordered * bags on my order. I asked her how to go about a refund and she said I had to contact Doordash. When my food arrived, even though I was already irritated that the main part of my meal, the chips, were not available, I sat down to eat and realized my WHOLE ORDER WAS INCORRECT. I cannot eat certain meat, and instead of chicken being in my burrito bowl, it was some kind of shredded pork - carnitas I believe? The other bowl I ordered was also incorrect. My significant other is allergic to tomatoes and his whole bowl was filled with their tomato*salsa mix. So I cannot eat my burrito bowl and he cannot eat his either. This is the second time that I have ordered food from Doordash where the WHOLE order has been incorrect and I've had to go out and get other food. Aren't the Dashers supposed to watch them make the food at Chipotle? Or at least CHECK THAT THE ITEMS ARE CORRECT before walking out the door? It really makes me think the Dashers care more about the tip than anything else and unfortunately, the way you have set up your system, you have to tip BEFORE the food even arrives. So even if you have terrible service, money has already been taken out of your account and you have to wait days to get it back. All of this is really making me shy away from trusting food delivery services. Can you please refund my Chipotle order at your earliest convenience? Thanks.
