Dear DoorDash,**As you are aware that I placed an order for dinner on April ** at *:**pm and my order was confirmed and a Dasher was assigned to deliver my order. After waiting ** minutes or so, I called my Dasher and there was no reply. I called again, no reply. I sent a few text messages, no reply.**I called the restaurant and they confirmed that my order was ready to be picked up but Dasher never arrived. I called DoorDash support team and they assigned a new Dasher to deliver my order and the New Dasher deliver my order at **:**pm. Ofcourse my food was cold and yukky, I had lost my appetite and not to mention that my dinner date very upset and left without eating. I felt very embarrassing and insulted. **My food was sitting there at the restaurant for two hours and once I received my order, it was cold, yukky and unpleasant. I had to just send it to the trash. DoorDash support issued a $** credit on my account to makeup for this inconvenience. Do you really think a $** credit will fix the damage? Do you think a $** credit will encourage me order again from you? The answer is NO. Since, I had to trash the entire order, I'd like a credit of the FULL AMOUNT that I paid for the order and an addition $** credit, which equals to a total of $ **.** ($**.** for the last night's order and $** credit). This is only fair. You ruined my night and you can't really put a price tag on a memory but life happens.**Please issue a credit today and ask yourself "Did you deliver GOOD, yesterday to my door?"**Thank You,**Amir
