I am a door Dasher. I worked Valentine's Day. While I was making a delivery, they sent another order to me that I missed. I was unable to check my phone while I was driving. By the time I checked my phone the order had been turned over to someone else. Because of this, my rating dropped and doordash refused to pay me my bonus plus $* per Dash. I would really like to get the money that is owed to me because I've never refused a dash. I always accepted a new dash after a dash was complete. When I spoke to customer service, I was told I didn't qualify because of the missed dash while I was in the middle of one. He then told me my acceptance was under **%. I was at ***% prior to this missed dash. Then my rating dropped to **%. This still qualifies me to receive the bonus. I'm also concerned why my rating dropped at all? Is it your policy to send dashes before one is completed? I would love to continue dashing, but will certainly move on if this is your policy. After I ended my dash, I received a text offering me $* bonus per dash. If I don't qualify, why would your company do this? hope we can resolve this, I can get my pay and resume dashing. *Thank you,*Elizabeth Parsons****-***-****
