Yesterday i did not get paid for two. Deliveries. The first i paid w cash because my card had fallen out of my pocket outside of the car & the customer had the receipt in the bag. There are problems w the app & not being able to slide for arrival or dropping off the delivery which brings me to my next statement. I delivered the tacobell order ** minutes early after sitting in line for almost ** minutes for the order with the rest of the line & did NOT RECEIVE payment?! This person did not have helpful directions through their apartment complex nor could they give correct ones to the correct side of the building. My ratings and completion have taken a huge hit due to several malfunctions in the app and this is not how you keep good drivers happy. I have made sure there are always extra napkins, sauces and straws for each order and customer and ive even gone out of my way for the first customer yesterday taking almost an hr and a half out of my other deliveries because "she forgot to update the work address" which was ** minutes away from the restaurant where i paid the **.** for her blue moon bbq, chicken baker no scallions and made sure she was happy. This is complete ****. My completion rate should not have been affected. None of my orders were late yesterday and i called everytime there was a problem w the app or to get help because the customer left out delivery information?!
